• 3-years Business Federal Tax Returns
• 3-years Personal Federal Tax Returns
• Business History narrative or Business Plan
• Offer to Purchase (if buying property)
• Rent Roll (if rental property is involved)
• Download Excel Document – Personal Financial Statement
